Tighter borders, more guards & improved technology--round up & ship back to Mexico all illegals. Tell them we have enough law breakers in U.S. already, so they must follow legal immigration procedures. That way the numbers become less overwhelming & The Fox is forced to improve his own country; rather than pompously trying to tell the U.S. it needs to give his runaways more rights.
