los altos has best selection in silicon valley of newsletters including ctsl which always arrives late and many people read at the financial desk in the library. sunnyvale public library recently started subscribing to ctsl and it is behind reference desk.i got ctsl for 2 yrs because of it coming late to libraray, but got my refund for last 6 months. now i can barely stand to look at it in the library for free. nutile
