What I don't understand about that voucher thingie is why the regular rates aren't astronomically pumped up versus being cut to a subsistence level? Isn't that what usually happens for some big gala event? Prices are raised, not slashed. People attending these conventions expect to be gouged<g>. Besides, they're all spending OPM.............
