I am going to ask the SEC if Genentech is required to disclose this type of information. And I will also ask why it is permissible to keep secret the results of what shareholders were told was a clinical trial. The CEO told shareholders he could not disclose the results because Baxter had not provided them to Xoma. But Castello has no excuse now. What gives? Sure I know the SEC will do nothing but they might ask Xoma a few questions.
