I am amazed at the irony of becoming "#1 on the Power List" by making a movie about one whose philosophy centers around the rejection of worldly wealth, fame, and power.
I'm not trying to cast moral judgement against Mel. Maybe he's the best of souls, I can't say. But making millions off Jesus seems to be spiritual thin ice at best.
