thanks! are you implying that, even with Kurt vE long gone, Franklin still bops out of stocks and tanks them? you lost me. IPOs have been sharply cut, price-wise. there have been reverse splits before that. Capitalizations are being shaved, and the same old crews are hitting biotech for summer..... easy money, if they work in concert. at times like this, I look for diversified business plans and low burn among the stocks that have been hit. kosn has one of the two. remember 2000?.... remember when we were talking about negative research premiums? market isn't going to tank like that, and the sector has been through another huge insertion of liquidity, fast on the heels of the last. add that all sorts of exciting drugs have piled out of biotech in the past year. that all adds up to a need to constantly be appraising where a bottom might be, in addition to the usual.... focusing on leverage. I'm still largely in cash (70%). did some bottom fishing in one issue this morning, knowing that I don't have a clue re. "bottom". and have a full position in another issue, the first time in several months that I've had a full plate for any stock.
