I'm not sure what you're referring to here. If you meant the paragraph from the Times that I cited, I thought that was very well written, precise and deliberate. It was quite different from the "lies" language found elsewhere.

Wonder what the NYT will say about the information Putin passed out today on Iraq and terror attacks against the US.

I'll be looking forward to hearing more about that. It could be, as one source posted here suggested, that the Putin info was important and credible but the administration wasn't free to acknowledge having it or was embarrassed that they ignored it. Or it could be that Putin contributed to the heap of bad information that informed the war decision. TWT.
