The shell contained the two chemicals that when mixed produce Sarin. In fact the entire 155mm howitzer shell was an active WMD shell and if fired had the capability of killing thousands of people. Just because the shell wasn't actually USED to kill thousands of people DOES NOT MAKE IT ANY LESS A WMD. The amount of chemicals is greater than zero. I don't know where or if you went to school but I learned very early that the number 1, 2, 3 and so forth are all greater than zero and therefore if there is 1, 2 or 3 apples in a box, you cannot say there or NO apples in the box.
