I expect he is in the hills in afgan and it appears to be a big problem for the country to go in there. They met so much resistance last time i think they are reluctant to go in again. plus a lot of family inter marriage in those bad lands. Then you may have half of afgan supporting him?

Maybe saudi is waking up.. they could put a lot of money behind getting these Al Q. cleaned out.
