The exit strategy is proceeding according to plan. The plan was never to hand power over on June 30th and pull troops out on July 1st. The plan going in was 5 years minimum. We are still under that goal so we are within the plan. Write back to me in another 4 years and yell quagmire. The leftist media focuses on every car bombing and doesn't report anything else. Thats why you think there is chaos everywhere when there is not. How many power plants are up and running in Iraq? How many water plants are up and running. How much electricity is being produced. How many barrels of oil have left Iraq. These are all relevant news questions for an unbiased media. But quite frankly I don't know because the media REFUSES to say.
