But, it's all based in fact. I guess you just want to ignore reality. Just don't come crying to the "pinheads" if you're the one sitting in Jose Padilla's position. You honestly don't see anything wrong with the U.S. government ignoring the Constitution and holding an American citizen for over two years without charges, a trial or due process? If that's not un-American, what is? Are we suppossed to just take the government's word that he's such a threat that he has to be held as an "enemy combatant"? Where is the evidence. The man has a right to a speedy trial by a jury of his peers under the Constitution. Some of us still believe in the Constitution. Apparently conservatives don't, as you have no concern about this unconstitutional abuse of government authority.

Also, truth: $400 Billion deficts under full Republican government, expanded beauracry under full Republican government, now a vote by Republicans to supress the torture memos. Ignore reality if you wish, but it doesn't change the true nature of the world we live in.
