Name one Administraiton that prosecuted a war which did not run a deficit.... Expanded federal democracy? What do you mean? I suspect you mean the opposite which is BS...... The concept of "enemy combatants" and the different treatment they receive as well as the deference shown to the Executive's designation of individuals as such does not originate with Bush and is a part of US jurisprudence.... It is quite clear the this Administration has rejected torture....the offenders at Abu Gharib are being punished and the only reason the memos are sought is to embarrass Bush.... You pinhead whiners make me sick....
