I'm actually of the opinion that certain White House secrets need to be kept. I believe in separation of powers, and don't believe that the White House should be subject to congressional scrutiny in certain areas. The Dick Cheney meeting is a perfect example -- this is literally NONE OF CONGRESS' BUSINESS.

That said, I would argue there has been less secrecy under the current administration than under the previous one.
