I said "If you see something that indicates whether Putin's info was substantive and credible or whether it was just more of the same misinformation..."

And you went off about my not believing anything.

I find such things fascinating. Would you share with me what you're thinking that would make you focus on the latter part of my sentence and ignore the former? You seem annoyed that I don't know what to make of this revelation and thus am not making anything of it but rather seeking more information so I can evaluate its relevance.

What is the problem with that? What should I anticipate is in this info? And most important, why does it matter? What could possibly demonstrate something other than that other countries were helping us out by sharing intel, which we already knew? I asked LB that question. Haven't seen an answer yet. I'm bewildered.

EDIT: I just said to kholt, who wanted more ("substantive") proof from Putin....nearly the same thing.
I just saw the beginning of your response to Nadine and that clarifies your concern a bit. For the record, I'm not looking for proof. What I am trying to get my head around is why this is so important to you and others. I don't get it. So they gave us some intel. So what?

Wrote this quick to catch the edit window. I'll go back now and read the rest of what you said to Nadine.

Still some time to edit more. I read the part about Bush. How does Putin passing intel to Bush help or hurt Bush in the election. We already know there's been intel sharing. What else is there in this that I'm missing?
