If this is true , be so kind as to move there and unburden us of your presence. On what date will you be renouncing you US citizenship and leaving? You are a hypocrite if you fail to.

China plans to reject continued immunity of U.S. citizens from prosecution by the International Criminal Court, because of the abuse of Iraqi prisoners, according to the country's United Nations envoy. The stance may align a majority of the Security Council against the protection.

China hasn't ratified it.

Tell them to send their army when they are ready to enforce their decision.

Council members who oppose a U.S. draft resolution extending the immunity for another year have been waiting for China, which has twice voted for the protection, to signal its intention. Defeat of the U.S. resolution might imperil future votes on UN peacekeeping missions, such as the proposed deployment of troops to Sudan.
Yes, the US will simply not participate in future efforts, Which means they are dead before they start and the UN quite obviously becomes nothing but the toothless debating society it has alwys been.

Hope you enjoy the People's Paradise.
