Carl, for all the melting pot trends, people are not all the same. Going back to the original issue, we'll see how well the Moslems of France become clonesville French, like the purported happy homogeneity of the USA [which begs the question as to why there are rabidly opposed Republicans and Democrats].

<Re: "The Moslems of Europe aren't going to turn into nice French boys. They have a critical mass, stick with their culture and they will enforce their religious ideology if they get a chance.">>

These are all vicious bigoted things that were once said about the Irish in the US, LOL, and are just as bigoted now.

I don't want to be like everyone else. Clonesville isn't for me. Call that bigotry if you like, but they'll need more serious policing than the USSR's to ensure compliance with cultural norms when conflicting religions really come to blows. Protestants and Catholics are nominally of the same religion and neither include Jihad and dhimmitude in their operating manual, yet they've managed to come to blows [which begs the question about "thou shalt not kill, love thy brother" and all that cant - "thou shalt not kill, apart from those Protestant bastards".

When France is half Moslem, things should get interesting. More interesting still when Israel is half Moslem.
