I think the chance of INTC buying VTEL is equal to the chance of VTEL buying INTC. What does VTEL have that INTC needs? INTC was smart in buying access to VTEL tecnology. It used that to develop products cheaply that now compete with VTEL. What does does that tell you about wisdom of VTEL management? At the same time, I would not be surprised to see someone else buy VTEL (in a few years) given the trend of communication companies wanting to supply total solutions. On another note, VTEL seems to do better when market heads down. Interesting that volume picked up today on VTEL up-day while market down significatly. Yeadon
