maggie's pop-

oh happy day to you too.

the completed projects page is most excellent.
i love the map... and the text describing each
project and naming the sponsors is great.

i have only two personal preference suggestions.

1) my screen resolution is set to 800 x 600
(because it's the most common and as a web
developer i try to develop pages for the
largest audience).

if a picture is over 600 X 480 i have to
scroll right, left, up and down to see it all.
i like the bigger sizes too so i can see more
detail, but only as an extra option - i'd
prefer that the foto not be larger than my
screen on first click. most professional
websites adhere to that standard.

2) i'd also like to read a short caption with
each photo describing the foto. the easiest
way to do that would be to put the caption
text in the <alt text> tag so it pops up when
you roll your cursor over the small foto on
the original page. this also accommodates the
visually impaired because many of them have
software that reads the <alt text> aloud for
them.

there's my two cents for the day. now i'm broke. :(
