Ann, I believe that Bush has been far more successful with what stimulation can be provided from Washington under the circumstances, but I do not believe that he is able to manage a government that is too large. He lacks the experience, as does John Kerry. Neither is a manager, and there are complaints about how the government spending is not being managed. Why do we not have someone capable of controlling the departments run for office, and one who will stand up to the special interest groups as well as the pork barrell spending added to bills by congress?

I know many do want this...
