He's a guy that doesn't shirk responsibility. Sure didn't take any notes on Bill Clinton, did he? Say, just when was it that FDR apologized for (a) causing, then (b) being asleep at the switch on 11/7/1941? I don't remember it. That was another example of misestimates, miscalls, misinterpretations, missed opportunities, and just plain screw ups. Just like 911. You want perfection in gov't? Die. If you make it to heaven, they're supposed to have it. You wanna throw rocks? We got a pretty big pile too. And it's not the same as the conservative rag sheet that was posted. Fine. Both sides lie when it's to their advantage. Surprise. This is called "politics". It never has been a game for the thin-skinned. Literally. Julius Ceasar was stabbed to death in a change of gov't, remember? Hell I don't know who's lying or who isn't. Thanks for the honesty. But I'd say Clarke didn't say exactly what YOU said he did either. AND he does have his own axes to grind. Or bury in someone's skull. I think he'd prefer that given access to the right skull.
