Russ - I was at the Goldcorp AGM last week. It was interesting in many ways - not least because its mine exploration programme has found so much more gold - vertically but also laterally - with mind boggling grades. Also in his presentation Rob McEwen showed a historic chart showing how many ounces of gold it has taken to 'buy the Dow' At the chart's peaks it has been only one or two ounces - 1980 being one example. I looked for the chart on the Goldcorp web page unsuccesfully - but may have missed it somewhere. Do you have it - or does anyone? It's a long cycle - but McEwen feels it will be repeated - i.e. in relation to the Dow gold is now a clear buy. I can't remember if 1980 was the last peak or whether there's been another since
