What it really means is as shareholders of icge we dont get squat unless ICGE the stock moves upwards.
I am thrilled to hear that icge owns xxxx amount of any company/stock, but all that means is the prime officers of icge are looking good and will get rich eventually....we only gain if ICGE moves up. We dont gain anything if ICGE stays flat and ICGE sells off their assets over the years..
Again, what keeps bringing me back to my original thought is this...if all of icge's companies were doing so well...even just a few, that should be enough to ensure ICGE's success...but the street isnt going near it....they have rediced debt, they have solid liquid assets, but I think the street is looking at icge and see's a company that is going to hang as long as they can, but eventually sell off their assets, line their pockets and then go bye bye.....with so much 'good', going for icge, why then will the street not even entertain looking at it? My opinion is the street has seen this before...they have no real biz model..they just 'own' some stuff...that stuff, IMO, will eventually be sold and then what does icge have, except some rich and retired officers and very upset shareholders.....if I am wrong, them somebody please tell me exactly how icge is going to make money, recurring money, and how we as investors will realize any profits from icge's operations. IMO, any ownership %'s they have in anything realistic, will be sold eventually and icge will be left with what? |
