eddie, icge has several more ipo possibilities but they have stated publicly for some time now that they are looking to become more of an operating co to consolidate and manage their leading b2b assets - icg commerce, commercequest, ecredit, linkshare. you might listen to the annual meeting online or review the list of cos. on the website.

now that there are only 38m shares outstanding and a positive book value, shareholder equity etc., positive results that can be consolidated and brought thru to the operating statement should result in share price.

as for management's motives, they have done a great job dramatically cutting corporate SG&A and rejuvenating the balance sheet during a very difficult time.
