I've noticed a great deal of improvement over the
last 2 weeks and I'm now satisfied with Etrade as
long as they keep up the swift service.
I think once they realized those of us with a
podium to voice our grips in the open existed they
took definite notice.
Two weeks ago I Emailed the Etrade office of the
president and pointed out to them that they were
getting slammed bad on the Usenet, and SI and Motly
Fool and that Elite trader had started to steer
readers away from them.
