That Sudan offer has been disproved. Never happened. So said Fox News's panel of experts including Clinton Nat. Security Advisor Sandy Berger. This is a story the rightwing keeps trying to give life to, but no offer ever was received at a high level of the US government in time to do anything about it. It was al very flakey and low level. Still the rightwing continue running with this story so we don't remember 9-11 happened on GW Bush's watch while he was asleep at the wheel.
