what do you mean almost true? I was being conservative with $100k per year. If you use only the 10 coastal counties, it is probably more.

Now with all the easy money, we are going to turn the ACs full blast this summer. Should I be buying TMR now? Too bad I can't invest in water. There are a lot of lawns that need watering here too.
