The real disturbing insider trading is that of Warren Andrews. Here is a Director exercising options at an average of about $15 to sell them for an average of about $18. Exercising and cashing in options for a measly $3 gain suggests to me that he knew this thing was going down fast and hard.....either that or he is just one very very lucky guy. You make the call.

P.S. I felt like a fool after selling shares bought at $11 for $15.6 when it immediately ran to $18. Not feeling nearly as foolish now.
