This post is just back to blathering your opinions. But I'll respond to a couple of points.

They are quite honest, and have lots of "conscience". They are working their tails off to protect me and you (and all civilized people of the world) from those who will crash planes into our buildings and cut off the heads of innocent people. That many think these people should not be fought, or that Bush is too incompetent to do so is a bit troubling to me.

If you mean did more people dpuble and triple their money in the stock market without working, you may be right. But that was not sustainable. Just about everybody is better off that has spent the last 4 years working to make their situation better. Those who sit and wait for the government, or more specifically the President deserve to be worse off. Republicans are different in that they feel people need to take responsibility for their own situations and the government should protect the system that allows them to thrive. Bush has allowed EVERY AMERICAN WHO PAYS FED INCOME TAXES to keep more of their own money, which to me seems helpful. He has also up until this point prevented any large scale attacks on American soil. It's much easier to do better when you are alive and the economy is humming. America has had the strongest economy in the industrialized world over the last 3 years, but that is not good enough for those who want to be provided for by the government.
