this market looks really sick to me and to a lot of investors also. Of course some want to see the glass as half full, that a flat or slightly declining market in the face of 4% GDP "isn't that bad". I've been through 3 tech bust periods and all recoveries were better than this, in both the markets and esp the job market. High paying tech jobs are still declining due to offshoring and that is hitting the markets. Intel's Craig Barrett keeps making positive statements about the industry and the market completely ignores him.

Another close on the lows today, the recovery in tech spending is all but ignored.

There is a lot to market dynamics, hopefully CEOs are taking note. Nobody's listening anymore, or cares about the technology industry.
