Hmmm, bit of an options overhang. 3.4 million shares controlled by options issued at an average weighted price of $0.78, per the S-1 (not quite 15 million shares out, per 10-Q). Could be typical of the current crop of IPOs; I don't know, just started to look at this issue.

Gives me pause, nevertheless, as stock grants are already vesting, too (per recent form 4s).
