I wonder which he was - international terrorist, or organization- one man organization? :-) Granted, he subsidized Palestinian terrorists Didn't Ronald Raygun subsidize terrorists? Just pointing out that it all depends where one is sitting...one was captured in a hole and is awaiting probable execution, and the other is ridiculously being proposed as a head on Mt Rushmore.
