Paris Hilton’s Playboy Pictorial Pushed Back
Written by Jann
Paris - Is there anything left to uncover? In a press release issued today from Playboy Magazine, it has been announced that the Paris Hilton spread, originally due to hit the newsstands in the July issue of the popular men’s magazine, has been delayed indefinitely.
Paris’s publicist, originally denied that the photos were taken, but admitted to them once we showed them Playboy’s press release had this to say, “Paris was hoping for them to be released in July to tie in with the finale of Simple Life 2, for a little added-exposure. But, there were some printing problems on Playboy’s end, and she has had to go in to do a re-shoot of the entire package. She was terribly disappointed that they wouldn’t make the press deadline for the July issue.”
Paris Hilton, hotel heiress, actress, sometimes-model, always fame-whore, had recently signed a contract with Parlux Inc., to develop her own fragrance and “related” products line. Parlux was also anticipating a July release of the pictorial, which would have a special “scratch and sniff” area for subscribers. A representative of Parlux replied today that, “This definitely hurts our bottom line. We were in full production until we received news today about the delay. We may be considering legal action against Playboy for the disruption”.
Anna Nicole Smith, a frequent Playboy Mansion visitor, and even more frequent Playboy model is slated to appear in the July issue in place of Paris. “When Hughy called and said that he needed me, what girl wouldn’t jump? I am always willing to take my clothes off for a good cause.”
When contacted by The Spoof, Hugh Hefner had this to say. “I viewed the photos that Paris took immediately after they were produced. They lacked spark, lacked originality. We decided to scrap the entire session and try to re-shoot once Miss Hilton’s television show was complete. It may be impossible but we have to find something in Paris that all of America hasn’t seen before.” |
