Good question. If Hitchens was honorable, he'd admit he was wrong for credibility's sake and move on. As far as the NeoCons are concerned, I wouldn't expect them to admit they were wrong. They don't care. They've achieved their goal of toppling Saddam and taking over Iraq's oil (the real goal). The WMDs was just a con used by them to achieve this goal, and they acheived it, so why admit they were wrong? They know the American people have short memories and the WMDs will be forgotten before long. Their program is to achieve their goals by any means necessary, including lying, cheating, etc. As long as the goal is acheived, what do they care about their credibility.
