"We were talking about the case where your conscience urges an action which violates the rights of another."

No...WE are not talking about that. YOU ARE trying to make a case for that where one doesn't exist. The idea that my conscience can not violate the natural rights of others.

"...you do not nor does the government have the natural right or the power to force me to serve someone or do anything to another person in a way that violates my conscience."

The Govt. does not have the "natural right" to force me to pick up a gun and shoot another person. The govt. may have the legal right to draft me into a military conflict. If I refuse to participate the govt. may have the legal right to incarcerate me for my refusal. At least for the time being, I have the legal defense based on my natural and legal right to 'freedom of conscience' but that has not always been true.

Legal rights do not always equal natural rights. You are having a hard time separating that out and you continually contaminate your presentation with examples of violations of beings that is both unconsciounable and in most cases illegal.
