That's really funny. A 2 person board and he wanted to drop it to one. Maybe he wanted his Mom back :-)

I find it hard to believe this came out of nowhere and was a first for MSD, or that Sam had no knowledge of this or other possible violations. For starters, I wonder what Jr took in for a salary?

I held some bioveris through the Igen/Roche merger. I wrongly assumed the yahoo legions would bid biov up making for a nice exit. High water mark for biov was day one at $17. Glad to be out before this recent news.
