I buy PWAV and have not bought SPCT for the simple reasons below:

1) SPCT cash to sales ratio is terrible.

2) SPCT inestor equity is low.

3) Too much of the asset are in inventory and account receivable.

These things SPCT can't even compare with PWAV.

PWAV is extremely liquid, cash rich and hardly any debt. They have a revolving line of credit, but they never used and now expired. Why? cause they don't need to; they have all that cash.
