Billy, why don't you look up how much SEPR paid for CHRX? Also the GLX deal is what has propelled CHRX and I have reason to believe that the deal would not have been made had Sepracor (levalbuterol competes with GLX Albuterol) kept their stake and remained on the board. So by stepping aside, they may have helped seal the deal. Just speculation of course. You are correct that BSEP and HMSR have not worked out as they would have liked, to say the least.
