Examples of Kerry's flip flops?

I don't have time to go over all of them but I looked closely at one example.......trade with China [seen below]. The alleged flip flopping took place over a period of 13 years. With such a long period of time, it seems to me that conditions can change; people can change. To allege flip flopping, I would have to see much greater detail before reaching such a conclusion.
BTW any time you want to see some of Bush's flip flops, which only span a period of three years, I will be glad to post them. ;~)
