How would they Even know if it Stabilized?

This is round two for channel stuffing. Again they also had an adjustment at SCO because of Novell Channel stuffing. This is Novls idea of managing. Sure its stabilized - the only thing stabilized is the Stuff Rate - at 250 per quarter no matter what is sold through to actual customer. Schmidt should no we are way beyond tossing numbers - what are the details - I'm checking them.

Sell Through - That is the key! Not Channel Sales - that is crap. What is being bought by the actual product user. The sales through the channel "to" a customer not sales "to" the channel

No way the market is absorbing this much product - not a chance. You have to give me the breakdown. I can't even imagine it. MS sells 44% of new servers to NOVLs 33%. Revenues will decline from here until MOAB and that better be a blockbuster product or Eric has trashed his carreer.

DO you have any idea what the 3.75 million options he turned in when he left SUN would have been worth today at Sun's share price. He passed on tens of Millions. He has to be sick over it. What an ego - now he has to live with himself! He too may be beaten!
We are going to see how much charactor he really has. This is going to be hell for him for the next year. HE asked for it and now he got it - the toughest job in corporate america - directly competing with the MS machine that is firing on all 12 cylinders.

A shareholder
