If this is happens and we assume 100mm flash drives, we are talking about a huge potential- 100mm x $50 (average stree value) $5B just from jump drive!! Since Sandisk and Toshiba are the only players with 4Gbit monolithic chip, I wouldn't be surprised if they have at least 40-50% of that market. Since next year's revs for SNDK are only estimated at 2.25B, there is somewhat a disconnect.

The revenue from the jumpdrives is just one dimension of the implications of an explosion on that order--the other is that a huge amount of flash will get absorbed, relieving the concerns about supply/demand imbalances that have driven SNDK and other flash stocks so low. If this becomes widely recognized and accepted, the stock could double over the next 6 months or so.

All IMHO, of course.
