We also got a few who had NOT indicated they would come.

The problem is that some people simply can't plan that far in advance and if forced to choose a Yes or No on coming now and being held to the commitment, must pick No.

Now:
One solution is to ballot now with the understanding that anyone invited can come regardless of their Yes/No indication now. In that case, they should notify us later that they will come since potentially a larger number of people can affect some plans.

And another solution is to delay balloting on time and place until closer to the actual date. Since Nov and Feb/March have to be decided between, at least that would have to be decided by a separate ballot in August or Sept.
