Hi Pam, Add Pretec to the list. World's smallest USB drive: pretec.com Smallest 1 gig with a 2 gig coming out by year end! So the questions are: What difference does does all this nanometer stuff really make? Is the worlds smallest USB (not Sandisk's) drive made from 90nm parts? How many if these 16 companies pay (homage<g>) royalties to SNDK? It seems to me (ISTM) that 16 companies is a lot of companies to share the market with!!! As the Little Prince would say, these are questions of great importance. Remember we are just talking about USB drives here. Comments from everybody welcomed. Take care, Steve P.S. I noticed SNDK is not a member of the USB alliance list. Why? Also, some of of those on the list do not make USB drives.
