Tim, Even then it would seem inappropriate of place to openly condemn someone for supporting the same policy you voted for unless you apologize for having supported the policy that you now think should be condemned.

There is no need to apologize. Just owning up to the shift is good enough.

There is a difference, however, between a genuine shift and a flip-flop. One is just a reflection of change, the other is trying to have it both ways.
