Yes. DBAB is Duetsche Bank Alex Brown. They've had a large quantity of shares available at the ask, all day long. FACT is First Albany... allstocks.com.

WIth any luck, the 50K share dump in the last 10 minutes, & 8K more just after the bell, he's out. It was actually looking a bit dicey in the afternoon, as DBAB had developed quite a bit of company. I guess the long side of me says he could be artificially driving the price down by selling shares to some buddies, in an effort to get others to follow suit like this afternoon, but I don't place much confidence in that.
