You think gun manufacturerers should be exempt from all lawsuits? What if you buy a gun and it blows up in your face? You want Washington telling you you have no right to sue the guilty party? The gun lobby gives Bushies a ton of money to try to hold them unaccountable for anything they do. Same thing with the polluters, the medical companies, chemical companies, tobacco companies and all others.

The correct course is the common sense middle. Bushies are far too unfair, anti-consumer anti-people and pro do anything you want for quick profits corporate. Why? The money in Tom Delay and that types' pockets. I'd vote for people trying to protect myself, not some corrupt pawn of a major polluter or gun lobbyist. Guns are fine but if you don't regulate the industry the US could turn into Pakistan.
