Doubt if this was KOSN's fault. Much more likely a leak from the investigators - that's where the hedge funds seem to hang out. (I'm assuming that execs and employees weren't dumb enough to trade during the period in question).

So nothing much the ambulance chasers can do here. Only the SEC with its ability to look at trading details can do much. Or maybe the future Governor/Senator/Mayor of New York could do something... <g>
