What a joke supply and demand. You are so wrong. Your wages are based on inflation if you are lucky. Ups has not even kept up with inflation in the last 20 years. 20 years ago they were making 500 a week. Now they are being paid 60% higher. Thats 3% per year it does not matter what you think. Recently companies have lowered their wage structure by downsizing. Rightsizing what ever, the effect is lower wages and the people the have not been laid off are scared to ask for a decent raise. The use of brainwashing on the average american is quite evident can you repeat what they have heard word for word. Reference the above quote.
