I know California set up the "deregulation" system that allowed those crooks to take advantage of it. Didn't you hear about the recent ENRON tapes in which they are talking about bilking California? I think Grey Davis was outmatched by those sharks, and made a lot of bad moves that cost his taxpayers dearly. But, it was the sharks like ENRON who smelled the blood and went in for the kill. Typical American values, profit at all costs. Yeah!
