I don't think it is failing. Do you conclude Bush is failing every time a poll number that's bad for him comes out? If you do, you must be pretty despondent. There are ups and downs. What I notice about Air America is they're attracting some big name advertisers; I think that bodes well for their future.

And their message is an alternative to the constant hatred spewed by conservative talk radio. Remember, conservatives invented the format. I do agree that liberals are less interested in spew than are conservatives, and if they fail, that will be the reason. But if it works for conservatives, it just might work for liberals. Heaven knows the reasoned commentary _already_ naturally leans toward the liberal.
