GURUMAN, I guess I do not share the same animosity toward upper management as you do. If they are trying to manipulate the stock price solely for personal gain like you suggest than that is disgraceful. I say stick it out to see the next generation of printers, measurement and video products. The bottom line is the technology will ultimately determine the fate of this company. One thing the current management has done successfully is simplifying the company organization to help define, "what is Tektronix?". Of course every company must strive for continual improvement.
